Our Turfing & Returfing Process

1. Get In Touch

Call us or enquire online for a no-obligation free quote. The more information you provide—such as location, area size, photos, access notes, and sun/shade exposure—the faster we can get your quote ready.

2. Site Visit (If Needed)

We’ll assess your space in person if required. In some cases, we can provide a quote without a visit if sufficient details are supplied (area in m², access to the site, sunlight conditions, and photos).

3. Quote Submitted

A detailed quote will be sent, outlining the scope of works, materials, preparation, and any additional recommendations.

4. Quote Acceptance

Once you approve the quote, we confirm materials and finalise the schedule. You’re one step closer to a great lawn!

5. Schedule Works

We’ll coordinate timing with you. If existing grass needs to be killed off, this is done two weeks before we begin site preparation and turfing.

6. Proceed With Works

We remove any existing turf using a turf cutter if needed, treat the soil with amendments, and lay new soil underlay based on site conditions to ensure your turf thrives.

7. Job Completion

We inspect the finished work and ensure the site is clean and ready for your enjoyment.

8. Follow-Up Treatment

A fertiliser and lawn pest preventative treatment will be carried out 6–8 weeks after installation (or in October if turf is laid between March and July).

9. Customer Satisfaction

We check in to make sure you’re happy with the result. Ongoing care advice and support are always available.
